Cure Acid Reflux or GERD naturally with Apples
Gastroesophageal reflux disease or GERD is caused by too much acid being created in your stomach. This can lead to or cause ulcers, esophagus damage, heartburn and/or damage in the mouth. Other symptoms that can be found in a few cases are dizziness, tingling in limbs, numbness of Limbs, Chest/Back pain focused on the left side (in most cases), and shortness/difficulty breathing.
Symptoms of this condition can include burping, bloating, regurgitation of food, bloating and heartburn after eating.
Lifestyles took a share in the pain, such as habit of consuming spicy foods, chocolate, alcohol and coffee. These kins of the food & beverage can stimulate production of stomach acid. Irregular eating habits and smoking also increase the risk of ulcer pain. And the last but not least is Stress.
Psychological factors have a large role in increasing the production of stomach acid. When you feel stressful, anxious or emotional, your stomach produces more acid that usual which causes the pain.
Fortunately there is a natural way to cure it and it also will make you healthy, granny smith apples (green apples). If you can’t get one, any apples will do but granny smith is the best because it is high in pectin. Pectin is a fiber which produces enzyme that binds to bile acid and turns it into gel and then is excreted out of the body in feces. You will feel the relief from the pain within minutes after your first bite.
If you can cope with the smell, you can use Apple Cider Vinegar, just close your eyes and swallow 2 table spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar or you can mix it with a glass of water and drink it. It works really well, especially when the pain is so bad.

I have been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be much more useful than ever before.

Bipolar is depression that causes you to have extreme high and extreme low times in your life. PTSD is when someone is suffering from something traumatic that happened to them or that they saw happening to someone else. It can be anything from a loved one passing away to abuse or anything in between. No one knows what people can and can’t handle. The two (bipolar and PTSD) are not related at all.
