Configure Planet 3 Mobile Setting for Sony Ericsson
I just lost my mobile phone last Christmas and bought an unbranded Sony Ericsson mobile to be used with my 3 Sim card. I can make a call with no problem, but i can’t use the Picture Message/ MMS, Mobile Internet and Planet 3 to access 3 stuffs which is included on my plan.
Well I called 3 customer service and technical support, they forward my call to India. After waiting being on hold, they said 3 don’t want to give me the settings, they are quite stingy about this because I don’t use 3 handset. So if you are on 3 mobile and using Sony Ericsson, don’t bother to call 3 customer service, they won’t give you.
Finally I found this Sony Ericsson link, on how to set up for your mobile internet, not only with 3, but with other providers too, such Vodafone, Optus, Orange, Telkomsel, etc. Name it, almost every provider around the world! You just need to key in your country, provider, and your number, and they will send you the setting to your mobile phone, and done! It’s automatically done for you for less than 5 minutes!

Awesome – thanks so much – this has been driving me nuts all day and Three in India are absolutely useless and tried to get me to upgrade to a 3 branded handset!
