Mini Nikon D90, the D5000 has come
It was projected to come late April, well it has come now. Some cameras stores have had them in stock. If you like Nikon D90 but the bulkiness is a problem for you. This Nikon D5000 can suit you perfectly.
Nikon D5000 has similar size of D40 with D90′s capabilities.
It also has a live view flip out, swiveling screen which allow you to take picture in difficult positions such as from over the head among the crowds, or down on knee levels.
Same as Nikon D90, the D5000 has the same 4.5 burst rate, 12mp Megapixel sensor with CMOS chip, which is fast than CCD counterpart and has 11 points Auto focus.
Basically D5000 is the D90 in a small pack with some catch. There are few things missing from D90 on the D5000. You can’t use auto focus with old Nikon Lenses. The battery is also smaller but enough to take 510 shoots and the D5000 can’t communicate with wireless flash.
The expected price for this baby camera is $850 with VR lens.
