- Avoid high sugar and fatty food, such as sweets, lollies, sweet biscuits.
- Do exercise and be physically active.
- Have a healthy diet. Ask your dietitian for the best diet plan to suit your circumstances.
- Do not worry, keep a positive mental attitude.
